With our BSI Vehicle Damage Repair accreditation you can be confident that where body panels have been repaired or replaced, or a painted surface re-sprayed, the safety rating and body integrity will be maintained to the vehicles original standards. We will also ensure the continuation of any relevant corrosion (anti-perforation) and paint surface warranty.

It’s a short journey to getting you back on the road…

After receiving the initial notification of the client and vehicle damage we will seek to create a vehicle damage assessment, providing a full and detailed costing of the proposed repairs, this will be created by our qualified assessor, who will be working from images submitted to us or by attending a mobile or onsite inspection. However, if a vehicle is un-roadworthy we will of course immediately arrange to collect it.

Once a repair price is agreed we will discuss the expected duration for the vehicle to be in our bodyshop and liaise with the driver to arrange a convenient time and date to commence repairs.

Once repairs start the driver will receive updated information throughout the process. All vehicles are road tested and cleaned to remove any repair residue before they are returned.
